• Benefits Season has arrived! This is the busiest time of year at the clinic, as many of you are utilizing the last of your insurance benefits for the year. With this in mind, please book ahead, as many practitioners are booking several weeks in advance.
• Registered Massage Therapist Leah Mayer has joined the Arbutus team and is available Wednesday, Friday & Saturdays! Book directly with Leah here
• Community Acupuncture has resumed at the Community Hall for the Fall season. This busy program fills quickly so be sure to book online in advance.
• Naturopath Dr. Claire Wilson has her schedule online through December, including Telehealth online appointments. To book a Telehealth appointment be sure to select ‘online appointments’ in order to view online availability.
• Celluma LED is available to be added onto any of your Acupuncture & TCM treatments - just ask!

• If you have any signs or symptoms of illness, as a courtesy to your practitioner and other patients, please reschedule your appointment. Please note that the 24hours cancellation policy applies, so please cancel beforehand to avoid a cancellation fee.
• To expedite the payment process, please ensure that you have up-to-date credit card information on file for billing. If e-transfer is your preferred payment method, please send your transfer prior to you appointment. All receipts will be sent via email.
