Welcome SPRING!! There are several new developments at the clinic that we are excited to announce
- Acupuncture Patients: Please note that Acupuncturist Robyn Sorge will be out of clinic from March 25th until April 8th. Her April schedule is already filling, so be sure to book in advance or place yourself on the waitlist for an earlier appointment.
- Osteopathy Patients: Osteopathic Practitioner Francesca Mason will be increasing her rates as of April 1, 2025
- Registered Massage Therapy: RMT Leah Mayer is in clinic Wednesday, Friday & Sundays! Book directly with Leah here
- Naturopathy: Dr. Claire Wilson is away on holidays and will be back in clinic mid-April. During this time Dr. Wilson has Telehealth appointments available online, for those who need to see her between in-person visits. Be sure to select ‘online appointments’ in order to view her online availability.
- Community Acupuncture: Online booking for the SPRING Session is available starting April 11th through until the end of May, so secure your spot as this busy program fills quickly. Please remember this offering takes place at the Tofino Community Hall, appointments are necessary, and it is a CASH ONLY service.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a gentle and effective method of stimulating the body to heal itself. Our health depends on the balanced functioning of our body’s Qi (vital energy). When we are in optimum health, our Qi, or life force, flows harmoniously through our body along a system of pathways called meridians. Illness arises when the flow of energy becomes disturbed in one or more meridian and manifests in a diverse array of symptoms. Acupuncturists focus on creating a smooth flow of Qi through the body by inserting thin needles into specific points on a meridian called acupoints. In this way, imbalances or obstructions of energy in the meridians are corrected and associated symptoms are resolved.
